Terms & Conditions About Online Shopping In Fede.bg

These Terms & Conditions define the terms and method of shopping in the website fede.bg, hereinafter referred to as “the Website”. The parts to these terms are: FÈDE EOOD, Sofia, 50 William Gladstone Str., Fl.2, ap.6, VAT number: BG 202849584, hereinafter referred to as “the Supplier”, on the one hand and another – the customer, hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”.

The Supplier provides the Buyer with the opportunity to purchase the offered products on the Website, according to these Terms and Conditions of shopping in fede.bg.

FÈDE is a Website with an online shop, accessible on the Internet address here: fede.bg, through which the Buyer has got the opportunity to conclude a distance sale contract and delivery of the offered products from the Website, according to the Supplier requirements (sale price, specified by the Provider, VAT included; delivery price, not included in the price of the products, information on the methods of payment, delivery and performance of the contract).

How To Shop In Fede.bg

In order to be able to make the purchase of the selected products at fede.bg, the Buyer can either register or make a purchase without registration. The Buyer can choose one or more of the products in the size she wants from the shop on the Website and add them to her bag for the list of goods to buy. The Buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and guarantees that the data he provides during the registration process are correct, complete and accurate and if they have changed later, the Buyer will update them in a timely manner. Then the Buyer has to make the payment and confirms the order.

Upon receipt of the request, the Provider will contact the Buyer by email or phone call to confirm the order and deliver the selected products to the address specified by the Buyer, under the terms of Delivery in the contract.

You can place an order at the FÈDE online shop every day of the week, but the opening hours of the online shop fede.bg for customer care are as follows.

Delivery

We deliver the products from your purchase to all countries in EU for up to 10 days with our shipping partner SPEEDY. The delivery of the ordered products  is paid by the buyer.

  • Delivery within the EU: takes up to 10 working days.
  • Delivery in Greece and Romania: takes up to 7 working days.

When you make your purchase you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail . Then you will be informed by phone, or e-mail about the day of receipt of the purchases made.

Payment

When you are ready with your order, you can make the payment for ordered goods in the following ways.

  • With debit, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro) – we made sure you can be secured, when you make a payment in our e-shop, we have introduced MasterCard® SecureCode™, which protect your card account from unauthorised use.
  • You can make a bank transfer too, if it is more convenient (please write us here: info@fede.bg to send you our bank details).

Exchange & Returns

Exchange

When you receive your ordered products, try them on carefully, because if there is a problem with size and fit, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to call us: +359 878 381 244 (Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), or write to us here: info@fede.bg to solve the problem. If you want to exchange some of your ordered goods, you have right to make it not later than 14 days from delivery, under the following conditions.

  • The product is not worn, not damaged, not cleaned, not washed and ironed
  • The packaging and labels are reserved
  • A cash receipt or invoice is reserved

* Replacement costs are at the expense of the consumer in both directions.

When we receive the product from you, within one day of delivery we will contact you and sending you the right product you need within 3-5 working days .

Returns

When you receive your ordered products, try them on carefully and there is something that bothers you, please don’t hesitate to call us: +359 878 381 244 (Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 AM), or write to us here: info@fede.bg to solve the problem. If you decide anyway to return the product, you have right to make it not later than 14 days from delivery, under the following conditions.

  • The product is not worn, not damaged, not cleaned, not washed and ironed.
  • The packaging and labels are reserved.
  • A cash receipt or invoice is reserved.
  • In the presence of a significant defect in the product.
  • Inconsistency with the announced size.

* Replacement costs are at the expense of the consumer in both directions.

When we receive the returned product from you, within one day of delivery we will carefully review the product and contact you as soon as possible to send us your bank details. Than we will refund the sum of your returned item within 5 working days.
