Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions of the agreement for the sale and purchase through distance communication means on www.fede.bg:

The Consumer: the individual client who agreed with the present Terms and Conditions
The Supplier provides the Consumer with the opportunity to buy the goods offered by Fede online shop upon observing and adhering to these Terms and Conditions.
The Supplier publishes on www.fede.bg description of the general characteristics and image of each good, the selling price, VAT included, as well as the delivery price, which is not included in the goods ‘price.
In order to be entitled to submit valid orders for purchasing the goods offered in www.fede.bg the Consumer may either fill out the registration form or not register at all.
The Consumer may pick one or more of the offered goods in FEDE online shop and add them to his bag online.
The Consumer warrants that the information he provides in the registration process is true, complete and accurate and shall update it should any changes occur.
The Consumer chooses a form of payment and confirms the order.
After the order is received, the Supplier contacts the consumer through e-mail or phone call to confirm the order and deliver the good at address, provided by the Consumer.
Working hours for contact with Fede: Mon-Fri 9:00 – 17:00h
Delivery and returns
Delivery to the Consumer’s address is done within 3 working days in Bulgaria.
The price for BG is 5 BGN.
The Consumer receives e-mail confirmation of his order and will be informed of the day of delivery.
Forms of Payment:
- Bank transfer
The Consumer may return the received goods in 7 days after the date of delivery, provided that:
- the good is not worn-out, damaged, cleaned, washed or ironed.
- the original package is not damaged
- the document received with the good is preserved
- the replacement courier expenditure is at the expense of the Consumer.
The Consumer may return the delivered good, provided that:
- the good has a substantial defect
- the delivered good is not the ordered size
- the consumer may return the delivered good without any specific reason, in case that the good has not been worn out or used, damaged, cleaned, washed or ironed, the original package is not damaged, the document received with the good is preserved, the replacement courier expenditure is at the expense of the Consumer.
In case of returned good, The Supplier will return the paid amount to the consumer within 30 days.
